A skillful engineer/manager possess more than 20 years of diverse experience in R&D, Module, Operations, Foundry, Bumping, Testing and Project Management. Authored or co-authored more than 12 US patents, all IC and bumping process related. With strong industrial experience as managers in manufacturing, he is teaching technology management, project management as well as “transition from engineer to manager”.
